We accept Ho.Re.Ca. categories: Food (ingredients, preserves, frozen, sweets, raw materials), Beverage (waters, soft drinks, wines, spirits, beers), professional equipment and consumables. Specific categories and lines are evaluated during onboarding.
Orders are received via the KOOKone supplier backoffice with email notification. KOOKone handles checkout, customer invoicing and collections: suppliers receive reconciled payments under agreed terms without chasing receivables.
Yes. Suppliers retain control over price lists, minimum order thresholds, shipping costs, free-shipping thresholds and customer-specific terms. Everything can be configured from the supplier panel and updated over time.
Activation depends on onboarding speed and catalogue complexity. On average it takes between 2 and 4 weeks from the first commercial call to the catalogue going live. KOOKone supports the supplier in uploading products, images and price lists.
